The Coaching Process
The process begins by identifying your strengths, values, and purpose to create a vision for your life and your work. Once you’ve clarified what’s most important to you and created a vision of where you are going you will set tangible goals that are aligned with your values and strengths. Coaching sessions are focused on taking action to achieve your goals and removing any barriers (challenges, situations, beliefs, feelings, energy) that may stand in your way of getting what you want.
